Pick a visit type and provider - only the slots that match your filters appear

Establishment → Visit templates → toggle Patient self-bookable. By default new templates are off — visit types stay private until you opt them in. Patients see only the templates you allow, presented exactly as the booking screen here.

Guardrails

Set minimum lead time (e.g. 24 hours), maximum lead time (e.g. 60 days), and require manual approval if you want a human eye on it. New patients can be limited to intake visits only.
