Frequently asked questions

I never got the invite. What do I do?
Check spam, then ask the clinic to resend. We do not let you self-register because patient records are private to a clinic.
What if my phone is lost?
Sign in with a magic link from a new device, then go to Security and remove the lost device.
Why are some slots greyed out?
Either the slot is in the past, your insurance is not accepted by that provider, or it is held for follow-ups only.
Can my employer see my records?
No. Even if your employer pays for your visits (e.g. occupational health), they only see what you explicitly authorize per visit.
