Your clinic sent you an invite by email or text. This article walks you through the one-time activation so you can book visits, message your care team, and view your records.
Open your invite
Look for an email from "EnWella for {Your clinic}" or a text from a short-code starting with 2-3-3. The link is single-use and expires after seven days. If it expired, ask the front desk to resend it — it takes ten seconds on their side.
Verify it is you
You will be asked for your date of birth. This is matched against the record your clinic created when they invited you, so use the same date you give at the doctor's office.
Choose how you will sign in
You can use Google, a passkey (Face ID / Touch ID / Windows Hello), or a magic link sent to your email. We do not require a password and we never store one for portal accounts. Passkeys are the most secure and the fastest — pick that if your phone or laptop supports it.
Finish your profile
Add a phone number for appointment reminders, choose a preferred name, and set how you want to be contacted. You can change all of this later under Account.
