EnWella does not use passwords for the patient portal. Pick whichever sign-in method matches how you usually access health info — you can have all three on the same account.

Passkey (recommended)

A passkey is unlocked with your face, fingerprint, or device PIN — never typed. It cannot be phished and works across your devices through iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager. Set it up the first time you sign in.

Sign in with Google

If you already have a Google account, this is the fastest path on a shared family computer. We only see your email and name — never the contents of your inbox.

We email you a one-time link that signs you in for thirty days on that device. Best for people who prefer not to use Google or set up a passkey.

Frequently asked questions

What if my phone is lost?
Sign in with a magic link from a new device, then go to Security and remove the lost device.
Are passkeys really safer than passwords?
Yes. They cannot be reused across sites, cannot be guessed, and do not work on a phishing page even if you tap the link by accident.
