Scoped per clinic - switching profile keeps the same clinicRevoke any time
Children, teens, and adult proxies appear in the same switcher. Each link describes exactly what you can see.

You have full access. Switch profiles from the top-right menu — your child's record opens in the same shell as your own.

Teens 13 to 17

Some clinical info (sexual health, mental health) becomes confidential to the teen by state law. Both you and your teen will see what is shared, and the teen can grant you broader access at any time.

Adults (proxy access)

The adult must approve from their own portal. They can revoke at any time. Without their approval, you only see the absolute minimum required to coordinate appointments.
