Most refills can be requested directly from the portal. Controlled substances follow a different path — see below.

Controlled substances (ADHD meds, benzos, certain pain meds) cannot refill by message - book a visit instead
My info → Medications → tap the medication → Request refill. Add a one-line reason if it helps the provider decide (e.g. "leaving on a trip Friday — down to last 5 pills"). We send the request straight to your provider; refills usually clear within one business day.
Controlled substances
Controlled substances (e.g. ADHD meds, certain pain meds, benzodiazepines) cannot be refilled by message — they require an appointment and may require an in-person check.
