How to request refills through the portal and what to do for controlled substances.

Most refills can be requested directly from the portal. Controlled substances follow a different path — see below.
Submit a refill request
My info → Medications → tap the medication → Request refill. We send the request straight to your provider; refills usually clear within one business day.
Controlled substances
Controlled substances (e.g. ADHD meds, certain pain meds, benzodiazepines) cannot be refilled by message — they require an appointment and may require an in-person check.
