Under the 21st Century Cures Act, you have the right to your records as soon as your provider releases them

Records appear the moment your provider releases them. Tap to download a PDF or share a one-time link.

My info → Records. Records are grouped by date and type (visit note, lab, imaging, document) and tagged with their release status — Signed, Released, or Awaiting read — so you know at a glance whether a result is ready or still in progress.

When records become visible

Most lab results auto-release immediately. Visit notes release once your provider signs them — usually within 48 hours of the visit.

Download or share

Tap any record → Download PDF. To send to another provider, use Share securely — they get a one-time link valid for seven days.
