You can be reached three ways: email, text, push (if you installed the app). Each can be silenced separately or set to quiet hours.
Channels
Account → Notifications. Toggle each event type per channel: appointments, refills, billing, lab results, secure messages.
Quiet hours
Set a window when only emergency-marked messages can buzz. Reminders honor the window and arrive after.
