The Templates Hub is a one-page index of the reusable building blocks your practice depends on. It does not replace each kind's editor — it surfaces them all in one place so you do not have to hunt across the sidebar. This article maps what is in the hub, what is intentionally not, and where to find each.
What lives in the hub today
Establishment · reusable building blocks
Note templates
8 itemsAppointment templates
6 itemsDecision support
3 itemsEstablishment → Templates Hub. Three sections: Note templates (clinical note starters with usage counts and the note types they apply to), Appointment templates (visit slots — duration, color, patient-self-bookable flag), and Decision support rules (CDS) when your plan includes them. Each section opens its existing per-kind editor in a sheet — the hub is a launcher, not a replacement.
What lives elsewhere on purpose
Intake and consent forms live under Establishment → Forms — they have their own builder with branching and signature blocks. Outreach message templates live inside the Outreach campaign editor — they are coupled tightly to the campaign's audience and channel. Cohort broadcast bodies are one-off compositions, not saved templates. Email signatures, document templates (school notes, work notes) live under Establishment → Documents.
Note templates from the hub
Open Note templates → New from the hub to launch the same drawer that lives at Establishment → Visit templates → Note. The hub adds one thing the dedicated page does not: a "used by" count per template, so you can spot orphan templates that no provider has actually adopted before tidying up.
Appointment templates from the hub
Each visit template shows duration, color, default format (in-person / virtual / hybrid), and whether patients can self-book it. Clicking opens the same drawer used everywhere else in the app. Use the hub when you want to compare durations and self-bookability across your whole template set side-by-side.
What the hub deliberately does not do (yet)
There is no unified search across template kinds today; each section uses its own list / search. There is no bulk "duplicate to another establishment" or tag system. If those are blockers for you, file a request — adding them is on the roadmap but the per-kind editors are the load-bearing surface and we are not rebuilding them as a single grid until we are sure that pays off.

Visit types, formats, and what each one schedules
A reference for every type of slot you can put on the calendar — in-person vs virtual vs hybrid, intake vs follow-up, blocked time, on-call, and group sessions.
Build intake and consent forms
Create digital intake and consent forms patients fill before the visit — branching, signatures, attached to a visit type.
