Most integrations connect once and run themselves. Here is the order I recommend for new practices.
Surescripts (pharmacy)
Surescripts e-prescribing
4 prescribers registered
Quest Diagnostics
Auto-attach to chart · last result 12 min ago
Google Calendar
Two-way · "Busy" only · no PHI
Stripe payments
Awaiting bank verification (1 - 2 days)
Gmail (clinic inbox)
Connect to read inbound replies
Establishment → Integrations → Surescripts → Connect. Each prescriber needs their own SPI registration; allow up to 48 hours. The Integrations page surfaces the live status (Connected / Pending / Available) of every connection in one list so you can spot what is missing at a glance.
Lab results
Connect your reference lab (Quest, LabCorp, regional). Results auto-attach to the patient and notify the ordering provider.
Google Calendar
Two-way sync. Bookings appear in your personal calendar; your busy time blocks bookings. We never share patient PHI with Google — only "Busy" entries.
Payments processor
Connect Stripe in Establishment → Integrations → Payments. Cards, ACH, HSA/FSA all flow through one connection.
