Snap a photo - we OCR member ID, group, and BIN/PCN. Confirm and submit.

Insurance → Add plan. Use your phone camera to capture front and back — we extract member ID, group number, RX BIN/PCN, and customer-service number automatically with on-device OCR. Confirm the parsed fields (any can be edited if a digit looks off), then submit. Photo files stay encrypted in your account until the card is removed.

Past claims keep their original plan; new visits route to this one

Re-verification runs the night you save the card. Coverage status appears on your next visit confirmation.

The night you save a new card, EnWella runs a real-time eligibility check with the payer to confirm the plan is active and pull copay, deductible, and out-of-pocket max. The result shows on your next visit confirmation email — no surprise at the desk. If the payer is offline, we retry every 15 minutes for four hours and ping the front desk if it still cannot connect.

When coverage changes mid-year

Add the new plan and mark the effective date. We re-route any unsubmitted claims for visits on or after that date. Past claims stay with the original plan, so you never end up double-billed because of a plan switch.
