You can pay any open invoice in your portal. We accept all major cards, ACH, HSA/FSA, and offer interest-free payment plans on bills over $200.

Every invoice has the same four sections - the number you owe is always at the bottom

Billing → tap the invoice → Pay now. Every invoice walks you through the same four sections — charges, what insurance paid, contractual adjustments, and your final responsibility — so you can see exactly how the bill was built. You can pay in full or any partial amount. Receipts go to your email and stay in your portal forever.

Plans are interest-free. Pick a monthly amount; the card on file auto-charges until paid.

On any invoice over $200, choose Plan instead of Pay now. Pick the monthly amount that fits your budget; we'll auto-charge the card or bank account on file each month until the balance is paid off. No interest, no fees, no late penalties. You'll get an email three days before every charge so there are no surprises, and you can re-plan or cancel from your billing page any time.

Card on file (auto-pay)

Account → Billing methods → Add card. Toggle Auto-pay if you want new bills under a threshold (you set it) charged automatically. You always get a 3-day notice email before any charge. Auto-pay turns itself off if no card remains on file, so removing your only card never leaves the practice in a bad state.
