Pharmacies send refill requests; patients send them through the portal. Both land in your Refill inbox.
Working the inbox
Sidebar → Refill requests. Approve, deny with reason, or convert to a visit-required response. Batch-approve up to 25 at a time.
Auto-rules
Set per-medication rules: e.g. require an appointment every 6 months for stimulants. Patients see "Requires visit — book now" instead of a generic deny.
